We guarantee each item we sell for authenticity and condition, as represented in our descriptions and photographs for a period of 30 days after the date of purchase. Customers may return an item for a full refund only if there is a marked discrepancy between the object received and the description and photographs in the listing. We do not guarantee the condition of any frames that are sold with our artwork and all glass is removed before an item is shipped (unless otherwise noted). Making a Payment
Payments must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction. We accept payments made by PayPal (account name:firstname.lastname@example.org), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Money Order (Cashiers Checks/Money Orders must first clear before an item is shipped). We do not accept Personal Checks or Cash. Buyer must pay 8.375% sales tax if the item is shipped within or picked up in New York State. For domestic or international fixed-price shipping quotes on individual items, please click on the Shipping Rate Calculator button on the item listing and enter your shipping information into the required fields. Domestic items are shipped via UPS Ground. International items will only be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (or by an equivalent method that includes a tracking number and insurance). We cannot ship any item until a payment has cleared. After a payment has cleared, we will ship an item within 5-10 business days and send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
If you are an international customer, please be aware that your country may assess import duties/taxes. Any taxes or fees assessed on an item are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event an item is returned for any reason, we are not responsible for covering these fees. International shipments are occasionally held and inspected by Customs officials for a period of time. We are not responsible for covering the shipping costs on any item returned to us by international customs agents. Due to international shipping regulations we are not allowed to designate any item as a "gift" or mark the insurance value less than the actual cost of the item when it was purchased. However, at the customers request we will be happy to highlight any item as an "antique" or “"100+ years old" if this is true.
