Our default carrier for domestic shipments is UPS Ground. For international shipments, our default carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express. We are happy to ship via other carriers, but insist that all shipping services provide insurance, tracking, and confirmation of delivery.


Except in moments of exceptional volume, your purchase should arrive at your door within 14 days of payment. Tracking numbers and tracking instructions are provided electronically upon shipment of your purchase.


Shipping costs are calculated using a combination of destination, item size, weight, and insurance costs. A marginal packing and handling fee is also added to your shipping charges, based on item size. Please use our shipping calculator to determine the cost of domestic shipping. International shipments are subject to custom inspections before being turned over to local mail service. We are unable to mark a purchase as a "gift" for customs purposes, nor are we able to alter the value of a purchase. As we can not predict duties or customs practices, we can not assume responsibility for any duties or taxes incurred in customs. Customs practices vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office with your specific concerns.
